We’re joined today by Team Leader & Division President, Ryan Hergott, for Highgarden Realty in Indianapolis. Ryan started in real estate 15 years ago with new home sales. His passion for driving race cars needed a financial outlet that would also give him the freedom to keep pursuing his dream. After 10 years of working harder, not smarter, Ryan almost gave up real estate career entirely.
When the opportunity to help develop and train a team of agents came along, he took it and fell in love with real estate again. Now, as a One on One coaching client with Tim & Julie Harris Real Estate Coaching, he’s finding a whole new level of success. When he’s not working, he loves skydiving, riding motorcycles and spending time with his son.
