The online University and the weekly coaching call are awesome! I have been a Realtor for 3 years and started coaching this year and have really seen my business take off. I have listed 15 homes in the past 2 1/2 months after only listing 6 last year. I credit all to the coaching!

Tim and Julie Harris coaching is by far the most comprehensive program available. We have bee involved with other coaching companies and it is really nice when you get a coach like our that holds you to your numbers and activity. While the podcasts can be listened to while driving or casually, the coaching material is so in-depth and contains so much information that it requires intentional, proactive and focused learning and note taking to get the most out of it - I can't just "breeze through" it; which is exactly what I want for the investment! I knew where I wanted to go in my business, but now I have a solid plan on how to get there. Thank you!

Love the Podcasts! Very informative and very motivational. As I sit here at the office on a Holiday Weekend doing paperwork and taking Duty calls I listen and can envision a grander future in Real Estate with no settling and putting in the hard work. I have done it before and I can do it again!

I’m in the seventh year of my business and have to give kudos to Tim and Julie for assisting me at getting started at a time when there was nothing else but short sales and foreclosures. (REO’s) In the past 7 years I’ve checked out a number of other coaching programs and have easily realized that Tim and Julie provide me with everything I need to succeed at a high level. Their content is always up to date and relevant to the changing markets. With this said, if you don’t receive the value from their programs, you won’t get it anywhere else either. It’s your problem at that point! I personally love them!!!

There are so many real estate coaching programs out there, so it's difficult to know which one to go with and feel confident in your decision. I performed a lot of research and did my due diligence before picking Tim and Julie Harris Real Estate Coaching and I must say I've not been disappointed.

I'm working with Robert Schantz and what I like most is that he tailors my program to my own specific needs. We all have different goals and needs when joining a coaching program, and the fact that this isn't a cookie cutter, "one size fits all" program is what I think separates it from many of the other programs out there. I have been coaching with Tim and Julie Harris over the last year. They, along with their great coaches, have assisted me in making great strides. They believe in helping their clients achieve success through a variety of different methods. One size does not fit all and their business philosophy emphasizes that truth.

They will help with real and meaningful action steps that can be taken on a daily basis rather than simply "feel good" motivational events. Their coaches all sell real estate themselves at a high level and thus are in a great position to help agents achieve their goals. I would highly recommend them for business coaching.

I initially began by listening to Tim and Julie on their daily Real Estate Coaching podcast. The information was very helpful in adjusting my vision of my business, not only today, but into the future. I then stepped up to the coaching program, which has been of enormous help. Starting real estate at midlife can be overwhelming… Tim and Julie Harris provide the roadmap for your success! Thank goodness I found the  first printing of Harris rules. There are plenty of theory real estate books out there. Harris rules tells you EXACTLY what to do and emphasizes doing it,when you need to do it at the highest level possible. Yes, sounds cliché but don’t pass this one up!  Who says old dogs can’t learn new tricks?

In our oversaturated world of real estate training, marketers have selfishly clouded the message of how real estate agents make and keep money.  The industry message is muddy and confusing, keeping agents distracted from the necessary business basics.  Cut the clutter and follow the rules in Harris Rules.  It’s the only training manual you will ever need to find success.

I have had MANY real estate coaches and Julie is hands down the BEST. She is relevant, knowledgeable and empathetic but also no nonsense., If you are looking for accountability, expertise, and guidance to improve your business, there is no one else that I recommend

After being 15 years in RE, Tim & Julie just know the right words to say.  Seems their intuition is just perfect. Tim and Julie tell the truth even though it hurts... them. Yep that’s right, many coaching programs are out to sell you the easy buttons so that you will, well, buy more easy buttons... I know cuz I am a recovering button buyer . Hey,  even a broken clock is right twice a day and that is about all you get from many coaching programs.
