- Quit Your Comfort Zone. Most everyone likes their comfort zone. It’s like an old shoe that feels so cozy on this inside! But have you looked at the outside of your shoes recently? The muck and mire on your old shoe means it just doesn’t look the same against those fresh new threads you have on. Its like the world around us…changing its beautiful colors and bringing new opportunities while we sit back refusing to step into a fresh new canvas. It won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it!
- Quit Being a Control Freak. Control freaks usually share a few things in common: frustration, misery and stress! In your quest to ensure everything is ‘perfect’ you fail to recognize that some forces are truly out of your control! How can you break this nasty little habit? And the others too?
