The agents who were part of the last market crash have the benefit of knowing the answer to that question.  But if you’re new to real estate since then, its time to stop taking your current market for granted and start thinking like an entrepreneur.  It’s not enough to follow and know the current market, which for many of you, is likely moving fast enough to make your head spin!  In fact, its easy and lazy.  You must learn to look beyond and read between the lines!

Why is this so important?

Because it changes your game plan!  Pricing is affected, seller and buyer expectations shift, price reduction scripts become necessary and prospects need you more when the markets change!  In addition, when your market changes, the lead generation ‘spokes’ you’ve been working may also have to shift too.
