There are many myths about true top producing agents. Such as, “you have to have passion to succeed”, “you must time block and follow a impersonal generalized schedule”, “you have to have a brand”, “you must build a team”…and many others. The simple drilled down truth is that some of those things are true, but may not be true for you. The most successful people in life (in any profession) are true masters at very few things. The know where they are most effective and are able to myopically focus on just those high value activities. They ARE masters are not chasing shiny objects and know that the herd is almost always wrong. When you listen to today you will hone in on the specific activities that you must master in real estate (and in business). Good news, the list of things you must master is maybe 3-5 things.
