12 – Follow a mainstream media-free existence as much as possible. Choose podcasts you both enjoy which expand your thinking and knowledge base. History and science are good categories to start with.

13 – Look forward more than you look back. When you believe that the best is yet to come, you’ll make it so. If you believe you’ve already lived the best of your life, you’re already giving up.
14 – Define and separate your own financial, household, children, religious (everything) responsibilities. Have defined roles like a corporation.
Tip: Be ambitious without being destructively competitive with your spouse. Remember, a marriage is the combining of two people into one. Respect the hard-wired human traits that all of us have.
