Tim & Julie interview Pat Hiban, one of the world’s first “Billion Dollar Agents”. He discusses his secrets to success, along with a new book that he’s published for agents that describes the secret to his success and inspires agents to meet and achieve their own goals.
Pat is one of only a few residential Realtors in the entire world to have the title of Billion Dollar Agent- having sold of one billion dollars in homes, one house at a time – over 5,000 homes, since he started in the business in 1987. Much of Pat’s specialty is the foreclosure market with current clients that include Freddie Mac, IndyMac, and Bank of America.
His most recent claim to fame is a book he wrote called “6 Steps to 7 Figures” which made it into the New York Times and the USA today Best Seller Lists. We have sold over 13,000 copies , most to realtors.
