Bad leads, fake names, tire-kickers, rentals, timeshares, and even telemarketers are just some of the junk being sold as leads, according to whistleblower Brian Bobik in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 3rd.

Bobik also claims that Move lied about “cancel anytime” clauses in contracts, leads being shared with multiple agents, and even charged “backup” credit cards when agents canceled the primary one to terminate service.
