Sacramento CA

Median List Price: $615,000

California’s state capital has seen its median list price explode nearly +15% over the last two years.  No wonder since the weather’s sunny, the food goes from farm-to-fork and housing prices are more than affordable when compared to those in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Raleigh NC

Days on the Market: 22

Median List Price: $399,900

Raleigh’s median list prices have grown at about +7% in the past year, less than the national average of +8.53%.  The result?  Houses are flying off the shelf.

Seattle WA

Median List Price: $714,999

Even Seattle’s median price growth of +13.43% y/y isn’t deterring buyers. Long a hotspot for buyers, Seattle boasts both high-paying jobs and a beautiful location.

Dayton OH offers buyers a hot housing market AND a median home list price well below the national average of $325,000.  No wonder homes are selling in less than 3 weeks.

Provo UT

In the past year, Provo’s median list price has jumped +13.09% and in the past two years, +17.35%.  As one of three Utah cities ranked among the top five fastest-selling housing markets, sellers are cashing in.

Home prices in Salt Lake City have been skyrocketing over the last two years. A home priced at $368,119 in December 2018 was valued at $441,481 in December 2020, a change in home value of nearly +20%.

Boise City is almost unrecognizable.  Home prices catapulted +20.47% in one-year and a blazing +32.51% over the past two years.  Listing prices are close to +20% above median values of December 2020. Clearly, Boise City is the hottest of the hot and fastest of the fastest-selling housing markets in the US.
