Coaching means everything to me. It’s a game-changer, and a life-changer. I did 27 deals my first year out of pure guts – but it wasn’t fun, and it wasn’t easy, and I knew I had to find a better way. So for me, coaching is about having a fresh perspective, someone helping me stay accountable for my success, and I like having somebody else to help find solutions to problems that I wouldn’t have found myself.
