For those unsure if the program works, or if you are on the fence about giving it your all, let me share these numbers with you:
I’m a NEW agent. Licensed for almost 5 months now.
By following Tim & Julie, I have had the following results:
4 closings, 6 pending closings and 3 current listings. If my pendings close next week (since it’s too soon to tell), I’ll be at over a million dollars in transactions, when my average transaction is less than $175,000
I ask tons of questions, fail at things daily, succeed at things daily, and remind myself frequently that “It’s too soon to tell”. I’ve tried things that have worked, tried things that haven’t, and keep on going either way.
I wanted to take a minute to share my story and say how worth it this program has been. I’m sure I’m not the only one seeing success. But I’m also sure I’m not the only one struggling every day to keep up. It’s busy, it’s hard, but it’s so worth it. The podcast “The Agents Guide to Saying Goodbye to Real Estate Night Sweats” was so true! I needed those.
