It’s not about the market, your broker, interest rates, or who’s in the White House. If you want to make a million in real estate, take complete ownership of your success.

There are more than 4.2 million home sales projected for 2025, according to NAR. That’s 8.4 million commission sides, not including new construction, FSBOs, and off-MLS deals. The question is: how many of those are yours?
