Tim, I just want to send you a quick email to let you know how much I appreciate everything you guys do on your daily podcast and on Julie’s daily coaching call.
I’m a premier coaching member, and I’m a lurker on most of the phone calls. I don’t generally participate much but I want to let you know that as part of what I’m sure is a silent majority, everything you have on here is fantastic.
I spent the last year building a brand new real estate company from the ground up transferring my team from a franchise into my own independent company.
Everything you’ve ever said about teams and profitability has had such an impact on me in the last year, I just want to share that with you.
Building profit in as a necessary invoice that has to be paid every month has allowed me to save so much money this year that I never would have thought possible and certainly would not have done if I didn’t set it up as if it was a bill like the rent!
Unexpected expenses, small dry spells, and every other hiccup that has come along have been able to be covered out of our savings fund if absolutely necessary and then recouped once new sales come in.
I’ve found that by dedicating a portion of every closing into a quote-unquote profits pile I was able to amass a great amount of money and build in a profit margin regardless of overhead.
Again I can’t thank you enough and I love being a part of this group. If you share this, please just hold back my last name and city of the brokerage, (yes I keep you guys a secret from other realtors not in my company)
I also just wanted to ask quickly, you’ve mentioned doing broker Level Training? What exactly does that entail as far as the cost and the exclusivity? Thank you again so much for everything I’ll be listening to you guys again today.
