We’re all acquainted with the phrase “passive income.” Now we have the phrase “legacy income” to wrap our heads around.
One of Tim and Julie’s clients, Mike Garmire, a relatively new agent affiliated with eXp Realty as TeamGarmire, wrote to thank T&J for “changing the course my family’s life.”

Working on multiple listings and contacting multiple agents on cold calls using T&J scripts, Garmire’s revised expectations are to close on multiple deals and “bring on” 40 agents this year alone.
