Realtor.com recently released its September 2019 Top 20 Metros.
Realtor.com based its rankings on the most views per its listing website and the fastest sales. Thirteen of these twenty metros had lower median listing prices than the national average and the top five metros had median listing prices that averaged -32% of the US average listing price.

Javier Vivas, realtor.com’s director of economic research, believes that home demand remains high due to consumer confidence, the growing population of Millennials and low interest rates.
